It feels really good to stock some more sensational linen from Japan! My main objective is to bring some colour to the summer collection, and this fits the bill perfectly. Made by Hokkoh, this 100% pure linen is a pleasure to handle, being so light and silky. I'm not sure how they make it so soft. I've sewn with these linens before, and they're just fabulous to wear; they feel so nice against your skin.
I think this fabric would be perfect for making dresses for special occasions or summer parties. Just enjoy this very fluid fabric and its distinctive design to gush over.
I have generally regretted not keeping hold of some of these fabrics for myself over the years. These are special and, most of the time, do not get repeated. Make clothes in fabric to get excited about!
