Since the beginning, Faberwood has been about finding independent design lead brands mainly from Europe and especially from France. This brand displays exactly what I like about a well thought out design process and stylishly put together collection. La Maison Naïve describes their patterned fabrics as 'poetic and colourful' all are designed and made in France where they have control over the finish and the quality.

This beautiful viscose crepe of pretty flowers matches all those visions that come to my mind when I think of French textiles, they just have that edge. An elegant smooth 'crépon' fabric that has a hint of ripple to it, is light and fluid and fabulous. These colours just calm my mind and are very wearable, the subtle green and pretty coral and rust tones carrying a delightful botanical print. I don't need to say much more really, I think these pictures capture what I want.

Think about making a loose-fitting blouse, a strappy summer top and of course a special dress made for a special occasion. Also, to complete this whole package, there is a Laurier Gaberdine cotton twill made to match. All part of the brands carefully thought out collection. 

A really exciting collection by fashion lead creators. It's a cliché but add chic and sophistication to your sewing. If you want something special this is it.
