A specially imported beautifully soft and light homespun fabric made in India. This random ikat design is a rare find and I believe it is quite tricky to produce. I chose this for it's similarities to our Bamford Ikat, it's such a simple wearable design and very much like chambray. So many times I think you can't go wrong with an indigo fabric, that natural plant dye creating the best shade of denim style blue.
I can see so many things made in this, like a floaty dress or top it would also make an amazing shirt, a good lightweight fabric but still opaque, what you see is what you get with this fabulous ikat pattern.
