April Rhodes Staple Dress made in Atelier Brunette Bye Bye Birdie Fabric

I made this dress last year, before Faberwood.com was ever even thought of. In fact, this Atelier Brunette Bye Bye Birdie fabric was the catalyst in my dream of opening a fabric shop! It's still one of my all time favourites - the best bit being it doesn't date and even though it's a light weight fabric, it really isn't just for summer... love it, love it, love it! This April Rhodes Staple Dress was quite easy to put together, no buttons, no zips just some funky shear stitching going on around the waist. The dipped hemline is lovely on this dress and what better way to show off this gorgeous fabric than in a dress!
